Google Maps provides several options for reaching Lloyd's Baia Hotel from Napoli Airport using public transportation, including trains and buses. By clicking on the "more options" link on the map, you can explore the available routes and choose the one that best suits your preferences.
For public transportation, the easiest route involve first traveling from Napoli airport to Salerno by train, and then continuing by bus from Salerno to Vietri sul Mare. Additionally, private transfer services directly from Napoli airport to Vietri sul Mare (or Salerno) can be arranged. Taxi services are also available for transport from Salerno to the hotel. (There is also a railway station in Vietri, but unfortunately, the Salerno-Vietri line is temporarily closed due to a landslide. We currently do not have any information on when it will be reopened.) Below are some details.
From Napoli Airport, you can take the Alibus shuttle service to Napoli Centrale (also known as Naples Central Station or Naples Garibaldi). Alibus tickets are available for purchase at the ticket counters and vending machines located within Napoli airport, or you can buy them online. These tickets are valid for 90 minutes from the initial validation. The Alibus shuttle service operates daily, departing approximately every 15 minutes.
At Napoli Centrale, you'll encounter a variety of train options operated by Trenitalia offering travel to Salerno. These range from regional trains, which make frequent stops along the route, to high-speed trains like Frecciarossa. Tickets can be purchased at vending machines or online, where you can also access additional information and explore the complete range of available trains.
At Salerno railway station, you can board a Busitalia Campania bus, either on line 4 or 9, heading towards Vietri sul Mare-Amalfi. The bus stop is located at the intersection of Via Barrella and Corso Garibaldi, approximately 150 meters from the railway station exit. Tickets can be purchased at ticket counters inside the railway station or at the self-service ticket office next to Hotel Bruman, or conveniently onboard with a small surcharge. For information on time tables, you can visit the Busitalia website (suburban timetables). At Vietri sul Mare, the nearest bus stop to Lloyd's Baia Hotel is approximately 100 meters away. You can ask the driver for assistance.
At Salerno railway station, you can take a taxi to the LLoyd's Baia Hotel in Vietri sul Mare. The fare is approximately € 25, but it is advisable to confirm with the driver before starting the journey.
